Change in Accounting Reference Date

GS Chain (LSE: GSC) announces that the Company´s accounting reference date has been changed from 30 April to 30 June.

As a result of the change of accounting reference date, the Company's reporting calendar will be as follows: 

•  Publication of audited accounts for the 14 months to 30 June 2022, no later than 30 October 2022

•  Publication of unaudited interim accounts for the 6 months to 31 December 2022, no later than 31 March 2023

•  Publication of audited accounts for the 12 months to 30 June 2023, no later than 30 October 2023
