GreenRoc Mining plc (AIM: GROC), a company focused on the development of critical mineral projects in Greenland, will be holding an investor presentation via the Investor Meet Company platform on17 March 2023 at 11:00 am GMT.

During the live event, Stefan Bernstein, GreenRoc's CEO, will provide an update on the Company's recent progress at its 100% owned, high-grade Amitsoq Graphite Project ("Amitsoq" or the "Project") in southern Greenland, including:

- the significance of the recent major upgrade in the Mineral Resource Estimate for Amitsoq (RNS 23 January 2023);

- the support letter from the European Raw Materials Alliance (ERMA) in which ERMA described Amitsoq as of "global importance" and confirmed its support for the development and financing of the Project (RNS 8 February 2023);

- the Memorandum of Understanding signed with Norwegian civil and mining contractor LNS, which has decades of experience as a mine operator in Norway and Greenland, as well as in large-scale construction and infrastructure projects around the world (RNS 6 March 2023); and

- feedback from the Company's recent meetings and presentations at the PDAC mining conference in Toronto, the world's largest annual mining conference, where GreenRoc was awarded the title of Prospector and Developer of the Year by the Greenland Government.
