Gravity Diamonds Limited13 December 2005 RELEASED ON BEHALF OF: GRAVITY DIAMONDS LIMITED (ASX & AIM : GRN) 13 December 2005 1 FOR 4 NON-RENOUNCEABLE PRO RATA RIGHTS ISSUE - EXTENSION OF CLOSING DATE The company's board of directors has resolved to extend the closing date for thereceipt of Entitlement and Acceptance Forms and application monies in the aboveconnection from Wednesday, 14 December 2005 to Wednesday, 11 January 2006. This decision was prompted by the company's wish to accommodate certain overseasinvestors who have expressed their intention, at least, of following theirrights but who are not placed to process their applications and effect paymentof their application monies by the original closing date.
