Director's Shareholding

The Company writes to confirm that on 24 May 2010 Andrew Cunningham purchased 20,000 5p Ordinary shares in the company at a price of 109.5p per share. Following this purchase Andrew Cunningham's total shareholding in the company is 1,090,756 shares (0.26%).

We also confirm that Nick Jopling, who will be joining the board on 1 September 2010 purchased 22,615 shares at 110.1p on 24 May 2010, which shares represent his total shareholding in the company.
