New Appointments

Further to our announcements on 26 April 2010, 25 May 2010 and 27 May 2010 we confirm that Nick Jopling and Mark Greenwood were appointed as directors with effect from 1 September 2010 and 13 September 2010 respectively.

Mark Greenwood was a director of Alfred McAlpine plc between 2007 and 2008 prior to Alfred McAlpine plc being acquired by Carillion plc.

No further details relating to these appointments remain to be disclosed as required under LR 9.6.13R of the UK Listing Authorities Listing Rules.
