Acquisition of www.gdpr.co.uk
GRC International Group plc (AIM:GRC), the one-stop shop for cyber security and data compliance products and services (including GDPR), is pleased to announce the acquisition of the domain, web platform, customer list and goodwill of www.gdpr.co.uk by IT Governance Ltd (the largest operational subsidiary of the Group) from Wonde Ltd (the "Acquisition").
The Acquisition will be settled by a total cash consideration of £175,000. The Group will be enhancing the platform by making relevant books, e-Learning and DPO services available across the www.gdpr.co.uk website during August and the Acquisition is expected to provide the Group with additional monthly sales of approximately £10,000. During the six months which www.gdpr.co.uk has been operational, it has generated sales of approximately £95,000.
