PDMR Dealing
GRC International Group plc (AIM: GRC) (the "Company") today announces that Neil Acworth, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of the Company, has sold 220,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market, at a price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale").
Separately, Neil sold 82,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share and then immediately repurchased, into his ISA, 82,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 24 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer (the "ISA Transfer").
Following both the Sale and ISA Transfer, Neil Acworth retains a total beneficial interest in 1,025,465 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.03 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
Further details on the Sale and ISA Transfer are included in the notification below, made in accordance with Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 as it forms part of domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
