PRE CLOSE TRADING STATEMENT

Since the update given at the Company's AGM, trading conditions have continued to follow a similar trend with overall volumes slightly ahead of those of last year. Also, across the UK and Ireland the grant of additional Bolt-on Franchise Licenses remains encouraging.

The Company looks forward to providing a more detailed update on 10 November 2008 when it intends to announce its Interim Results which, it anticipates, will be in line with market expectations.
