COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP CHANGES
The board of Directors (the “Board”) of Grit Real Estate Income Group Limited announces the following changes to the membership of its Board Committees effective 1 October 2023: Peter Todd (Non-Executive Chairman) ceased to be a member of the Remuneration Committee. Lynette Finlay (Independent Non-Executive Director) has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee.This notification is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
