Director/PDMR Shareholding
Gulfsands Petroleum, the AIM listed independent oil & gas exploration and production company (AIM: GPX) with activities in Syria, Morocco, Tunisia and Colombia, was informed on 23 September 2015 that Mr Joe Darby, Non-Executive Director of Gulfsands Petroleum, acquired 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 23 September 2015. The shares were acquired at a price of 5.00p per share.
The aggregate holding of Mr Darby is now 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
