Total Voting Rights

Goldenport Holdings Inc. ("Goldenport" or "the Company"), (LSE: GPRT) the international shipping company that owns and operates a fleet of container and dry-bulk vessels, notifies that the Company's issued share capital as at close of business on 25 May 2010 consists of 72,473,898 shares of common stock with a nominal value of US$0.01 each, with one voting right per share. No shares are held in treasury; therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 72,473,898.

The above figure of 72,473,898 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company.

Shareholders are reminded of the obligation to notify the Company of the acquisition or disposal of holdings of voting rights in the Company resulting from shareholdings or through direct or indirect holdings of relevant financial instruments under Chapter 5 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules published by the Financial Services Authority.
