Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities
In accordance with DTR3.1.4(R)(1)(a), Goldenport Holdings Inc. ('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that on 16 September, Starla Shipholding Corporation, a company wholly owned by the Dragnis family, purchased 1,500,000 shares of common stock in the Company with a par value of US $0.01 per share, at a price of 35.1 pence per share. Captain Paris Dragnis and John Dragnis are the President and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, respectively.
Following this purchase, Starla Shipholding Corporation has a beneficial interest in 54,177,540 shares of US$0.01 each, representing 58.14 per cent of the Company's total share capital and Dragnis Family has a direct and indirect beneficial interest in 54,787,939 shares of US$0.01 each, representing 58.79 per cent of the Company's total share capital.
Goldenport was notified of this transaction on 16 September 2013.
