('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that under the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Offer relating to the interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 December 2010, a total of 196,886 shares were allotted to members of the Board of Directors that elected for the scrip dividend instead of the cash dividend, on 4 November 2010 as follows:
