('Goldenport' or the 'Company'), (LSE: GPRT) announces that under the terms of the Company's Scrip Dividend Offer relating to the 2008 final dividend as approved in the AGM held on 7 May 2009, a total of 413,310 shares were allotted to members of the Board of Directors and Management that elected for the scrip dividend instead of the cash dividend, on 20 May 2009 as follows:
