Team change

After 13 years at Great Portland Estates (GPE), Ben Chambers, Investment Director, has decided that the time is right for him to leave the business and take on a new challenge. Ben is intending to set up his own company, focussing on smaller properties in and around London.

Ben has agreed to stay with GPE until the end of March 2016 in order to facilitate a smooth handover to a new Investment Director once an appointment has been made, and the recruitment process is already underway. 

Toby Courtauld, Chief Executive of GPE said: "Ben has made a significant contribution to the business since joining in 2002, not only through his role in the transactions he has handled, but also as a valued member of the Executive Committee since 2009. On behalf of everyone at GPE, I wish him the very best in his future career."
