The following amendment has been made to the 'Directors' shareholdings' announcement released on 22/06/2009 at 07:00 under RNS No 2352U.
The number of Ordinary shares held as at 19 June 2009 by Martin Scicluna should read 8,636 instead of 12,090.

Great Portland Estates plc announces that pursuant to the Rights Issue launched on 19 May 2009, each of the Directors took up their rights in full.
The price for the acquisition of these shares was 133p.
