Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons pursuant to DTR 3.1.4R(1)
The Company announced on 14 November 2012 that it raised gross proceeds of approximately £140.6m. through a placing of a total of 31,250,000 new ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company (the "Placing Shares") at a price of 450p per Placing Share.
The Company was informed on 19 November 2012 that the Executive Directors of the Company subscribed for the below numbers of Placing Shares at a price of 450p each.
