NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE EU MARKET ABUSE REGULATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

A further 41,981 nil cost options were surrendered and cancelled to settle tax liability arising on the Exercise, as reflected in the table below. Shares to fulfil the Exercise will be transferred by the Group's Employee Benefit Trust.
