Good Energy Group PLC confirms application for judicial review of planning consent for 24MW solar farm in Dorset
On July 21st 2015 Good Energy Group PLC, the AIM listed renewable electricity supplier and generator, announced that it had received planning consent for a 24MW solar site in East Dorset.
The Company confirmed today that it has been served with papers relating to an application for a judicial review of the decision. Good Energy is taking legal advice in relation to this matter.
