Total Voting Rights
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, Go-Ahead is required to notify the market of the following:
As at 28 February 2020, Go-Ahead's capital consisted of 43,177,296 ordinary shares of 10p each, with voting rights. The Company also held 3,902,230 ordinary shares in Treasury with no voting rights.
The above figure of 43,177,296 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Go-Ahead under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
