Total Voting Rights and Issued Capital

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1., GoCo Group plc ("GoCo" or "the Company") hereby gives notice that as at 29 January 2021, the Company's issued share capital consists of 421,799,041 ordinary shares of £0.0002 each, with voting rights. GoCo does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders to determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, GoCo under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
