CORRECTION: The record date was incorrectly stated as the ex-dividend date. The dates have now been corrected as below:

Dividend Payment and Record Date

As announced in the Preliminary Results of GoCo Group plc ("GoCo"), the Board of GoCo has recommended a final dividend of 0.5 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2019 (the "Final Dividend"), which will be subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 22 May 2020. The Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders, is to be paid on 27 May 2020 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 11 May 2020 (the record date). The ex-dividend date will be 7 May 2020.
