Dividend Payment and Record Date
As announced in the Preliminary Results of GoCompare.com Group plc ("GoCompare"), the Board of GoCompare has recommended a final dividend of 0.8 pence per ordinary share for the year ended 31 December 2018 (the "Final Dividend"), which will be subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 May 2019. The Final Dividend, if approved by shareholders, is to be paid on 28 May 2019 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on 10 May 2019 (the record date). The ex-dividend date will be 9 May 2019.
