Appointment of new Chief Financial Officer
Following the announcement made on 3 July 2020, GoCo Group plc (the "Group") announces that Alan Burns has now been approved by the FCA and therefore as of 14 October 2020 will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and join the Board of GoCo Group plc.
Nick Wrighton steps down from the Board and as Chief Financial Officer as of the same date.
