Additional Listing

Gocompare.com Group plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.0002 pence each to be admitted to the Official List and to trade on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be issued and allotted as follows:

· 1,000,000 shares in connection with the Gocompare.com Group plc Share Incentive Plan

· 500,000 shares in connection with the Gocompare.com Group plc Performance Share Plan

· 500,000 shares in connection with the Gocompare.com Group plc Sharesave Plan

The shares will rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

Admission is expected to commence on 7 December 2016.
