Goals Soccer Centres PLC11 April 2006 Goals Soccer Centres plc Grant of Options to a Director The Company announces that on 10 April 2006 it granted options to subscribe for300,000 new Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 229p per share toMorris Payton, the Company's Operations Director. The exercise of the options is dependent upon the achievement of increases inearnings per share ("EPS") averaging 25 per cent. per annum relative to EPSachieved in the year ended 31 December 2005 measured over an eight year period.The options will be exercised in six tranches.
