Goals announces that Alex Short, Non-Executive Director, has today notified the Company of his decision to resign, effective 30 June 2016. He intends to offer himself for re-election to the Board at the Annual General Meeting in May to assist in any transition of new Board appointments.

Nick Basing, Executive Chairman of Goals, commented:

"On behalf of the Board, I am very grateful for Alex's time and efforts, particularly serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee. I am pleased he has agreed to stay until June which will assist in any transition of new Board appointments".
