PDMR Shareholdings

The Company has been notified that, in order to meet institutional demand, Bill Christianson, Chief Operating Officer of the Americas, today sold 4,203 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 683 pence per Share pursuant to the vesting in 2009 of share options in his favour under the Company's 2004 Executive Share Option Plan (the "Share Option Plan").

Bill Christianson has no direct shareholding in the Company and is the beneficial owner of 12,082 nil-cost share options under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan (the "PSP Plan") and 34,693 market value share options under the Share Option Plan.

The Company has also been notified that Thomas Philip Acton, Chief Operating Officer for Europe and The Far East, today sold 8,380 Shares at a price of 683 pence per Share, also to meet institutional demand.

Thomas Philip Acton's direct shareholding stands at 21,104 Shares representing 0.035% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 109,185 conditional shares and nil-cost options granted under the PSP Plan.
