Director/PDMR Shareholding

As a result of 68,560 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") vesting today in favour of Richard Wood, Chief Executive, under the Company's Performance Share Plan ("the Plan"), the Company has been notified that 28,194 Ordinary Shares were today sold on behalf of Richard Wood at a price of 637 pence per Ordinary Share to satisfy income tax and national insurance contributions payable by Richard Wood as a result of today's vesting. The remaining 40,366 Ordinary Shares that have vested under the Plan are being retained by Richard Wood as part of his shareholding in the Company. 

Richard Wood's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 60,566 Ordinary Shares which represent 0.101% of the issued share capital of the Company which is currently 59,505,030 Ordinary Shares. In addition, he remains the beneficial owner of 343,096 conditional shares under the Plan.

The Company has also been notified that Ian Biggs, Chief Operating Officer for the Americas, today sold 31,670 Ordinary Shares at a price of 637 pence per Ordinary Share as a result of such Ordinary Shares vesting in his favour today under the Plan. 

Ian Biggs' direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 3,375 Ordinary Shares which represent 0.00567% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he remains the beneficial owner of 154,152 conditional shares under the Plan.

In addition the Company has been notified that Thomas Philip Acton, Chief Operating Officer for Europe and The Far East today sold 22,880 Ordinary Shares at a price of 637 pence per Ordinary Share as a result of such Ordinary Shares vesting in his favour today under the Plan. 

Thomas Philip Acton's direct shareholding in the Company now stands at 21,104 Ordinary Shares which represent 0.0354% of the issued share capital of the Company. In addition, he remains the beneficial owner of 121,327 conditional shares under the Plan.

The Company has also been notified that Steve Amies, Chief Operating Officer for Global Research & Product Development today sold 45,240 Ordinary Shares at a price of 637 pence per Ordinary Share as a result of such Ordinary Shares vesting in his favour today under the Plan. 

Steve Amies' direct shareholding in the Company now stands at nil Ordinary Shares. In addition, he is the beneficial owner of 101,323 share options and conditional shares under the Plan and 3,846 share options under the Company's Executive Share Option Plan.
