Directors' Shareholdings
The Company has today been notified that John Hawkins, Chairman, today purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 576p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction John Hawkins' shareholding in the Company now stands at 5,100 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has also been notified that Mike Buzzacott, Non Executive Director, today purchased 1,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 578.93p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mike Buzzacott's shareholding in the Company now stands at 1,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.002% of the issued share capital of the Company.
