Genus plc (LSE: GNS) announces that Bill Christianson, Chief Operating Officer, Genus PIC and member of the Genus Executive Leadership Team ('GELT'), sold 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 17 May 2018 on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 2,578.58 pence per share. Following this sale, Mr Christianson holds 22,695 ordinary shares representing 0.037% of the Company.
