Directors' Shareholdings

The Company has today been notified that Mike Buzzacott, Non Executive Director, today purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 597.24p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mike Buzzacott's shareholding in the Company now stands at 2,000 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.003% of the issued share capital of the Company.
