Additional Listing
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 200,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these securities to be admitted to trading.
The application has been made in respect of Ordinary Shares that are to be allotted to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust under the Company's 2004 Performance Share Plan.
Following this additional listing, the Company's total issued share capital will be 59,878,535 Ordinary Shares.
