Greene King (UK): Constituent Deletion - UpdateChanges in FTSE UK Index Series

Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash offer for Greene King (UK, constituent) by CK-Noble (UK) Limited (non constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:
Greene King (UK, B0HZP13) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 Index.
ICG Enterprise Trust (UK, 0329200) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and removed from the FTSE SmallCap Index.
All changes effective from 31 October 2019.
