Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
Gulf Marine Services PLC (the "Company") has been notified in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R that on 11 November 2015 Mike Straughen, a non-executive Director of the Company, purchased 290 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company (the "Shares"). The Shares were purchased at an average price of 99.0p each.
Following the purchase, Mike Straughen has an interest in a total of 37,327 ordinary shares of 10p each, representing approximately 0.01% of the total issued share capital in the Company.
