The Company received notification on 3Β JuneΒ 2009 from BlackRock, Inc.Β that on 1Β JuneΒ 2009,Β itΒ had voting rights overΒ 6,123,613Β ordinary sharesΒ of 1p each in the CompanyΒ ("Ordinary Shares") and an additionalΒ 1,041,700Β voting rightsΒ heldΒ through contracts for differencesΒ ("CFDs"). Following the transaction, BlackRock, Inc.Β has totalΒ voting rightsΒ ofΒ 7,165,313Β OrdinaryΒ Shares, representingΒ 11.68% per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
