Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been informed that Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman, today purchased 76,923 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24.25 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase and his commitment to subscribe for Ordinary Shares in the placing announced on 27 July 2015, Mr Buckley's beneficial interest in Gaming Realms is 20,000,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital (assuming admission of the 49,900,578 new Ordinary Shares takes place as scheduled at 8:00 a.m. on 11 August 2015).
