Gaming Realms plc ("Gaming Realms" or the "Company") announces that it was notified today by Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman, that he purchased on 27th February 2019 242,424 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.175p each. Following this purchase, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 23,242,424 Ordinary Shares representing 8.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
