Change of Board Structure

Gaming Realms plc (GMR), the owner and developer of Slingo games announces that Atul Bali has decided to return to being a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2017 but has agreed to continue to advise the Company on strategy, M&A and business development in addition to his continuing board duties. Following the acquisition of Slingo and the mobile games publishing business from Real Networks, announced in July 2015, Atul agreed to spend the majority of his time with Gaming Realms as Deputy Chairman. Having served in this capacity for two years, he will re-allocate his time amongst the various companies where he serves in a similar capacity.
