GAME Digital plc (the "Company" or "GAME Digital") today announces that Franck Tuil is stepping down as a non-executive director of its board of directors.
Franck has been a member of the GAME Digital board since May 2014, serving as the representative of Duodi Investments S.à r.l. ("Duodi"), in accordance with the terms of the relationship agreement entered into on 6 June 2014 between the Company, Duodi and Baker Partners LP (the "Relationship Agreement"). Duodi is the Company's major shareholder and is in turn an investment vehicle ultimately wholly-owned by Elliott International, L.P. and Elliott Associates, L.P. (the latter via a participation interest with Elliott International, L.P.)
Franck has been planning to step down from the GAME Digital board for some time in order to focus more fully on his role as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Elliott Advisors (UK) Limited and will leave the GAME Digital board today.
Martyn Gibbs, GAME Digital Chief Executive Officer, said: "Franck has been a highly valued colleague and key member of the GAME Digital board.
