Re: Change of Investment Manager 1st June 2006 _________________________________________ The Directors of GAM Diversity Inc.(the "Fund") wish to announce that, witheffect from 1 June 2006, GAM International Management Limited, London, Englandhave replaced GAM London Limited, London, England as Investment Manager to theFund pursuant to a new Investment Management Agreement (the "InvestmentManagement Agreement"). GAM International Management Limited, 12 St James's Place, London, SW1A 1NX,England, a UK company, is a member of the GAM group and is regulated by theFinancial Services Authority for the provision of investment services in the UKand is registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission as aninvestment adviser under the Investment Adviser Act of 1940, as amended. As at31 March 2006 GAM International Management Limited holds approximatelyGBP556,364,000 assets under management. Pursuant to an Investment Management Agreement, the Investment Manager, GAMInternational Management Limited, has agreed to act as Investment Manager to theCompany, and as such is responsible for the investment and reinvestment of theassets of the Company. The material terms and conditions of the Investment Management Agreement are thesame as the former Investment Management Agreement with GAM London Limited.
