Total Voting Rights
Dublin/London, 25 March 2024: Glenveagh Properties plc (the "Company") confirms that the total number of ordinary shares of ?0.001 each in issue as at 25 March 2024, the date of the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), is 578,174,318. Each ordinary share carries one vote. Therefore, the total number of voting rights on the date of the Notice of the 2024 AGM is 578,174,318.
The Company also has 81,453,077 deferred shares in issue at the date of the Notice of AGM. There are no voting rights attached to the deferred shares.
