Publication of Audited Accounts for AMIC

Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited, ("GLIF" or the "Company"), a closed-ended Guernsey exempt investment company, investing principally in corporate loans across multiple sectors, announces that the audited accounts for Asset Management Investment Company Ltd for the year to 30 September 2011 are available to view on the Greenwich Loan Income Fund Ltd website www.glifund.com.

In January 2011, the Company successfully completed the acquisition of Asset Management Investment Company PLC ("AMIC"), a London-listed investment trust for £12.25m. The acquisition was part funded by the issue of 11,333,610 new ordinary shares at 28.25p, with the remainder financed through a debt facility. The debt facility was subsequently repaid and AMIC's assets consolidated within the Group.
