T2 Income Fund Limited Update GUERNSEY - 19 March 2007 - T2 Income Fund Limited (AIM: T2I) announced today anupdate on its investment progress. Since January 1, 2007, the Company hasinvested in 10 companies representing approximately £24 million of investedcapital. As of this date, the Company has invested approximately £77 million in23 individual transactions, representing all of the initial proceeds of theCompany's equity offering (approximately £37 million) as well as approximately£40 million of additional capital from the Company's previously announcedleverage facility, for which T2 pays LIBOR + 50 bps. The current weightedaverage spread on T2's portfolio is approximately LIBOR + 470. On February 23, 2007, the Company made a dividend payment of 2.0 pence perordinary share in respect of the 3 month period to 31 December 2006.
