2013 Fourth Interim Dividend

The Board has declared a fourth interim dividend for 2013 covering the period from 1 October 2013 to 31 December 2013.

The scrip dividend alternative is being offered for this distribution to those investors who wish to receive additional shares in the capital of GLIF in lieu of a cash payment. A circular will be sent to shareholders explaining the terms of the scrip dividend alternative. It is intended that the circular together with Scrip dividend election forms (for those shareholders holding shares in certificated form) will be mailed on or around 7 February 2014 to all eligible GLIF shareholders on the register as at the record date for the dividend, being 31 January 2014. Elections for the scrip dividend alternative will need to be received by the Company's receiving agent, Equiniti Limited, by 27 February 2014 by those investors who wish to receive shares in lieu of cash.

The price at which the scrip dividend shares will be issued will be calculated in accordance with the terms of the circular by reference to the average of the middle market prices derived from the AIM Appendix to the Daily Official List of the London Stock Exchange on the ex-dividend date being 29 January 2014 and the four subsequent dealing days.
