Greenwich Loan Income Fund Limited ("GLIF" or the "Company")

GLIF has today been advised that on 28 October 2009 Mr Geoffrey Miller, a Director of the Company, sold 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 28.975 pence per share and that the same number of shares were purchased at 29 pence per share for inclusion in Mr Miller's SIPP.
Mr Miller's interest in the Company therefore remains at 0.57% of the Company's issued share capital.
