2013 Fourth Interim Dividend - Timetable amendment
Following the announcement of the Company released on 21 January 2014, the Board wishes to advise shareholders of an amendment to the timetable for the fourth interim dividend for 2013; the last date to elect/revoke elections is now 7 March 2014.
If you are a qualifying shareholder holding your shares in CREST and wish to change an election previously made, you will be required to delete your previous election through the CREST interface before submitting a new Dividend Election Input Message by no later than 5:00pm on 7 March 2014.
If you are a qualifying shareholder and hold certificates for your shares and wish to change an election previously made, you will be required to submit a scanned written instruction letter, bearing the signature, name and address of the registered shareholder, detailing the intended change. Such instruction must be received by email to the Company's Receiving Agent using the email address Mark.OKeefe@Equiniti.com by no later than 5:00pm on 7 March 2014.
If you have previously submitted an election, you do not need to take any action and will automatically receive the scrip dividend alternative or cash payment in accordance with the instructions previously provided.
All other terms associated with the scrip dividend alternative, as explained in the circular to shareholders dated 7 February, remain unchanged.
