Completion of share buy-back programme
Glencore (the Company) announces that, following the purchase of shares announced today, the Company has completed the share buy-back programme announced on 19 February 2025.
Between 19 February 2025 and 16 June 2025, the Company repurchased 268,121,000 ordinary shares for treasury. Following this programme the Company holds 1,292,409,041 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 11,932,590,959 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares), which corresponds to the total number of voting rights.
