Notification of transactions by Directors and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The Company has been advised that, on 5th April 2011, the Director and Persons Discharging Management Responsibilities listed below acquired Ordinary shares in the Company at a purchase price of Β£1.15 per Ordinary Share through a Profit Sharing Employee Share Ownership Scheme (the "Scheme") which has been approved by the Inland Revenue. Their previous and current shareholdings, including those held by Related Persons, are as follows:
