Glantus appoints David Rosenthal, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Summary

Glantus, the provider of Accounts Payable automation and analytics solutions, is pleased to announce the appointment of David Rosenthal as Chief Operating Officer (non main Board). David's role will be active across the operational, strategic transformation and commercialisation arenas of Glantus.

Highlights

- David Rosenthal joins the global AP and fin-tech innovator Glantus as Chief Operating Officer (COO) following a series of strategic acquisitions which has seen the Company significantly increase revenues and continue to build momentum following its successful IPO in May 2021.

- David, an experienced leader, has worked as COO in the financial services sector at national and global level. He has significantly scaled-up companies by delivering operational and strategic transformation programs through digitization and automation.

- David joins the Glantus senior leadership team and will be responsible for the day to day running of the business units, reporting directly to the CEO.

About David Rosenthal

After training at KPMG, David worked for a number of well-known institutions, including Deutsche Bank, Bank of America (Merrill Lynch), Commerzbank and Societe Generale.

His roles have provided him with a broad range of experience, from Tax Specialist and Product Development Manager through to Head of Commercial Strategy and COO, dealing with operational, technical, compliance and commercial challenges. David's key skills include his ability to transform legacy operations by leveraging automation and digital tools to optimise their business processes.
